Your Responsibilities

• Independently replace old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Service customers in the Berlin area with a fully equipped company van
• Mentor apprentices or trainees on site
• Work closely with planners, logistics and customer service for smooth workflows
• Continuously improve processes through heat-pump specialization and digital planning & installation

Your Profile

• Vocational training as HVAC technician (or comparable) with focus on heating systems preferred
• Heat-pump experience beneficial; willingness to specialize essential
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
• Comfortable with digital tools and a true team player
