Your responsibilities

• Install air-to-water heat pumps to replace outdated heating systems
• Service regional customers from a modern, fully equipped service van
• Mentor apprentices or trainees on site
• Work closely with planners, logistics and customer service
• Continuously improve installation processes through specialization and digital tools

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as plumber / HVAC mechanic with heating focus or comparable experience
• Prior heat-pump experience beneficial but not required
• Strong customer orientation and quality mindset
• Passion for modern technology and digital processes
• Team player with self-starting attitude
