Job Description

We seek two experienced Warranty Engineers—one for our Braintree, Essex site and one for Westfield, Fife—to represent Kanadevia Inova during the warranty phase of energy-from-waste facilities.

Fixed-term contract to June 2027; permanent staff benefits apply. Contractor engagement possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as on-site owner for warranty and defect resolution.
• Coordinate contractors, specialists and client teams to restore/maintain plant performance.
• Analyse root causes, implement corrective actions and minimise warranty cost & risk.
• Support claims and cost-recovery from subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records and provide concise stakeholder reports.
• Ensure full HSE compliance and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Proven energy-from-waste experience in warranty, operation, construction or commissioning.
• Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with clients and partners.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Self-motivated, ethical, proactive team player.
