Working Student (m/f/d) Management Systems and Process Optimization

Your scope of duties

As a working student (m/f/d) in Management Systems and Process Optimization you will support the team 15 hours per week on both daily operations and strategic topics. After onboarding you will independently manage projects that drive continuous improvements across all departments.

• Create and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Research and analyse process & market data
• Contribute to documentation and systematic document maintenance
• Prepare training material and support training activities
• Assist with data-driven analyses and administrative tasks

Your profile

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or comparable
• Interest in digitalisation topics, ideally first experience with Power Automate or similar tools
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and high accuracy
• Excellent command of German and English, written and spoken

The collective agreement minimum salary for full-time (38.5 h/week) is € 40,910.24 gross/year. Actual overpayment is based on qualification and experience. The position is available immediately in Weiz, Austria.
