Working Student (f/m/d) Sales Support – Industrial Generator Services

Location: Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany

Employment type: Fixed-term / Part-time (working student)

Your role in day-to-day operations

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the order-management team for industrial generator services with administrative and operational tasks along the entire order process, from quotation handling to data maintenance.

Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer quotations, contracts and related documentation
• Check incoming purchase orders for completeness and consistency
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and other internal partners on order status
• Archive sales-relevant documents and customer correspondence in SAP and CRM systems
• Perform regular data-quality checks to ensure system integrity
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required

Your profile

• Enrolled in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams; basic knowledge of SAP or CRM tools is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment
• High reliability, strong organisational talent and careful handling of data
• Team spirit, proactive communication and analytical thinking
