Working Student Performance Marketing Motion & Video Design (m/f/d)

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy-software platform “Heartbeat” and creating a virtual power plant that connects PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers. By linking these assets we increase the profitability of decentralized energy systems and accelerate the energy transition.

Your tasks

• Produce data-driven short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Co.
• Develop on-brand motion graphics that strengthen our campaigns
• Support creative testing and derive optimized storylines
• Work closely with paid-social and marketing teams to turn KPIs into compelling video content
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Veo) to boost creativity and efficiency

What you bring

• Enrolled for at least two more semesters in Media Design, Digital Media, Marketing or similar
• 15–20 h/week availability and first practical experience in performance video design
• Confident with Premiere Pro & After Effects; keen interest in performance marketing, trends and conversion-focused content
• Strong design mindset combined with analytical thinking (“What works and why?”)
• Openness to generative AI and willingness to put new tech into practice
• Portfolio with recent work samples (link or PDF)
