Working Student - EHS, Quality & Security

Your Role
Join our dynamic team as an EQS (EHS, Quality & Security) working student. You will contribute to impactful projects that strengthen internal communication and promote data-driven transparency. Gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, deepen your data analytics and digitalization skills, and utilize modern tools such as Copilot, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our KPI dashboards to ensure data is always current.
• Prepare and validate data with Microsoft Excel to create clearly structured reports.
• Support the optimization of data visualizations to improve leadership decision-making.
• Create materials and content for EQS workshops, summits, and trainings within the Manufacturing System framework.
• Develop simple digital solutions with low-code tools such as Power Apps and Power BI for internal communication.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, data science, IT, communications).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and structuring.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English.

The Team
You will join the EQS team of Siemens Energy Grid Technology Switchgears, composed of department heads. Direct reporting to the Head of EQS Switchgears and close collaboration with management provide valuable insights and support.
