Working Student Tech Product Operations & Enablement (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s largest one-stop shop for renewable energy (solar, heat pumps, EV charging). You will support the Global Virtual Assembly Line team in scaling our digital ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of digital solutions across international markets
• Conduct make-or-buy analyses, research software and evaluate it against business requirements
• Develop and deliver training programmes (e-learning, guides, workshops) for employees
• Act as first point of contact for software questions and solve concrete product and tech issues
• Monitor software usage and KPIs, identify technical bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations and Engineering to ensure digital solutions meet local needs
• Independently manage projects from research to user onboarding

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled at a German university in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar, 20 h/week available
• Solution-oriented, analytical mindset and proactive attitude
• Passion for renewables and ability to drive projects independently
• Strong communicator comfortable with international stakeholders
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides), Miro and Notion; first programming skills a plus
• Fluent German and English (C1/C2)
