Retail Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Leimen (2026)

During your 3-year retail management traineeship you will gain hands-on experience in every area of our organic supermarket: from ordering and presentation to checkout, customer advice, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office. Your tasks include creating attractive product displays, advising customers on organic products, operating the checkout and balancing tills, planning and executing promotional campaigns, receiving, checking and storing goods and organising seasonal layouts.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating appealing presentations of our premium organic food
• Providing comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Checkout operations and reconciliation
• Implementing marketing measures
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, quality checks and storage
• Supporting the planning and execution of promotions and seasonal merchandising
