Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Bergisch Gladbach 2026

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department – from goods-in and inventory management to checkout, merchandising and expert customer advice on organic products. You will present products attractively, organise tastings, implement promotions and take responsibility for the quality of our range. You will work closely with the cheese, bakery and bistro teams and learn all administrative processes.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation and sampling of premium organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer advice on products and sustainability
• Receiving, storing, stock-checking and preparing merchandise
• Operating the checkout and independent cash reconciliation
• Planning and executing promotions and display areas

What you bring:

• Good school grades, especially in maths and German
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
