As Field Supervisor for Schleswig-Holstein (m/f/d), you will take full managerial responsibility for our service technicians in the region.

Your responsibilities

• Direct management of service technicians in Schleswig-Holstein
• Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
• Analyse KPIs & PPIs and derive improvement actions
• Carry out quality and employee audits
• Make operational decisions together with Area Management
• Identify training needs and foster targeted staff development
• Monitor working-time accounts and coordinate overtime/short-time with planners
• Ensure full on-site compliance with safety regulations

Your qualifications

• Vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering, or relevant wind-industry experience
• Proven leadership experience, strong teamwork and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany Monday-Friday, home at weekends
• Confident use of Microsoft and iOS systems
• Comfortable working at height
• Driving licence, ideally class BE
• Very good German and good English skills
