Your responsibilities

• Interface between planning, order management at our locations and installation management of 1KOMMA5° Handwerk GmbH
• Project preparation, coordination and follow-up for heat pump and photovoltaic systems
• Capacity control of our site managers: planning, monitoring and schedule tracking
• Timely ramp-up of new projects to ensure optimal utilisation of our installation teams

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or degree, preferably with experience in renewable energy (photovoltaics and/or heat pump)
• Strong organisational talent and confident communication – internal and external
• Experience in project management or coordination of construction/technical projects
• High self-motivation, flexibility and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident use of digital tools and strong IT affinity
