Tax Consultant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our back-office team in Bremen we are looking for a full-time (38.5 h/week) Tax Consultant (m/f/d).

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in taxation or advanced exam preparation
• Sound knowledge of national and international tax law; able to handle complex issues independently
• Creative, solution-oriented approach to tax and legal questions
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently and pronounced analytical skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Team player with cooperative communication style
• Negotiation-level German and English

Your tasks

• Tax management of ongoing business operations
• Tax assessment of national and international contracts
• Support with employee secondment topics
• Development of solutions in international and group taxation
• Review of financial statements and tax returns for partnerships and corporations (domestic & foreign)
• Tax advice and design of restructuring and transactions
• Involvement in shaping foreign subsidiaries
• Contact person for national and international tax advisors
• Contributing to transfer-pricing design
