Your responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of air-to-water heat pumps at customers in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• Travel in a fully equipped service van within the service area
• Close cooperation with planners, logistics and customer service for process optimisation
• Contribute to digital, efficient service and maintenance workflows

What you bring

• Completed training as plant mechanic, refrigeration technician or similar, plus professional experience as a service technician
• Refrigeration certificate available or willingness to acquire one (training costs covered by Aira)
• Willingness to work on-call/out-of-hours service when required
• Experience with heat pumps desirable or motivation to specialise
• Strong customer focus and quality awareness
• Team-player with enthusiasm for a modern digital work environment
