Technical Trainer (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

You plan, organise and deliver hands-on training for employees in transformer manufacturing – from safe machine operation to process optimisation. Working closely with production, quality and EHS, you analyse training needs, create materials for face-to-face and digital formats, and coordinate schedules, rooms and external trainers. Feedback and evaluations are used to continuously improve content. You also harmonise training programmes with other sites, helping to raise quality, efficiency and safety across the company.

Your qualifications:

• Degree or vocational training with a pedagogical focus or in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering – preferably complemented by training & coaching qualifications.
• Several years of experience in designing, conducting and evaluating technical training.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms; fluent German and very good English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, independent working style and high team orientation.

• Minimum salary of € 52,853.78 gross/year (38.5 h/week) – a markedly higher amount is possible based on your experience and skill set.
