Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson – Burgwedel (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department: goods-in, presentation, checkout, customer service, promotions, bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office. You will learn to sell organic products competently, plan orders and implement marketing activities.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of certified organic food
• Customer advice and sales at checkout and service counters
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, checking, storing
• Co-design of advertising and seasonal campaigns

What you bring

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and teamwork
• High commitment and interest in organic/natural products
