Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Stuttgart-Gablenberger Hauptstraße 2026

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship you will rotate through every department of our organic store: goods receipt, storage, replenishment, checkout, product presentation, customer advice on organic products, fresh counters (cheese, bakery), bistro and back office. You will learn our entire product range and take independent responsibility for customer service and sales.

Your tasks:

• Fresh and appealing presentation of our organic ranges
• Competent, friendly customer advice on products and sustainability
• Receipt of goods, controlled storage and on-time inventory management
• Checkout operations and accurate cash reconciliation
• Active implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns
