Senior Product Manager (all genders) – Mobility Service Configuration & Setup (parental leave cover, 12 months)

Drive the scalable rollout of new mobility services and boost B2B/B2G customer satisfaction. You will own configuration of service areas, operating hours and virtual stop networks, as well as data-driven self-service tools inside the MOIA back-office.

Your responsibilities

• Build customer-centric tools: dashboards and steering functions that help B2B/B2G clients optimise their fleets.
• Streamline service setup: deliver features that let internal users safely launch new services in minutes, not weeks.
• Run discovery & delivery: user research, data analysis and prototypes to surface high-impact opportunities and translate them into a clear roadmap.
• Manage stakeholders: align with Sales, Support and external partners; keep everyone informed about upcoming releases.
• Share knowledge: contribute to MOIA’s Product Community and help raise our product bar.

What you bring

• 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong data mindset; comfortable with KPI trees, opportunity solution trees and similar frameworks.
• Track record of shipping complex, technical products in agile settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
