Mobile Trainer for Electrical Assistants (m/f/d) - 1KOMMA5° Craft

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy software platform „Heartbeat“, creating a virtual power plant that links PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers to maximise customer asset returns. As a one-stop-shop we supply and install smart energy systems that let households become climate-neutral quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities

• Hands-on training of our installation teams directly on site – focus on AC-light assembly
• Technical guidance for new teams during onboarding, ensuring compliance with our installation standards
• Creation of digital training content with the 1K5° Craft Academy: guides, videos, quizzes
• On-site quality assurance, constructive feedback and documentation of learning progress

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e. g. electrician or electronics technician for energy and building technology
• Several years of PV installation experience and solid AC knowledge
• Passion for teaching and didactic skill
• Class B driving licence and high willingness to travel (up to 4 weeks per month across Germany)
• Structured, self-reliant working style and strong communication skills
