Senior Full Stack Engineer

Thermondo is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our headquarters in central Berlin. You will build innovative digital solutions along the entire customer journey – from first inquiry to maintenance and service. In an agile environment built on React/TypeScript and Django/PostgreSQL you create products that make heating climate-neutral and affordable. Help us drive the energy transition and enable millions of households to heat CO₂-free.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications for customers, sales, suppliers and internal teams
• Develop new features and services in React, TypeScript and Python/Django
• Drive architecture decisions and technical leadership within the cross-functional team
• Ensure performance, quality and stability of our platform
• Mentor fellow engineers and continuously refactor our codebase

What you bring

• 5+ years professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer focused on web technologies
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript and at least one server-side framework (Django, Rails, Express or similar)
• Passion for clean code, SOLID principles, TDD and agile practices
• Strong communication skills in German and English
