Cooling Flow System and Clearance Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility

As Cooling Flow System and Clearance Design Engineer (f/m/d) you will develop service upgrades and new products in an international team and support our service organization. You will independently create calculation models for cooling air supply and thermal expansion of gas turbines, derive constructive optimizations and contribute to the conceptual development of the secondary air system.

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable field
• Professional experience in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, ideally cooling air systems and clearance design for gas turbines
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with simulation software (Ansys, Abaqus, NX, StarCCM) and programming languages advantageous
• Intercultural experience in global teams plus good German and English skills
