Financial Accountant (f/m/d)

Combine your passion for numbers with interest in the energy sector. Join our Finance team and take full ownership of day-to-day accounting and closing activities for assigned Axpo companies.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Prepare statutory single-entity accounts incl. management reporting
• Handle group reporting of fully consolidated entities in our consolidation tool
• Set up multi-year budgets and rolling cash-flow forecasts
• Coordinate with Treasury to secure external financing
• Prepare and file VAT returns and tax declarations

What you bring:

• Commercial diploma plus further education in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP (OR)
• Accurate, efficient and deadline-oriented working style
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage
• Fluent German, good English skills welcome
