Your tasks

• Handle incoming calls and orders and manage e-mail correspondence
• Work closely with service and project management; support staff scheduling in coordination with our technicians
• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Assist with HR administration (printing contracts, collecting signatures, recording sick leave)

Your profile

• Experience in a craft/trade business advantageous
• Proven background as office assistant, office manager or in hospitality
• Strong organisational talent with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent German
