Job Description

• Carry out maintenance and inspection of heat-pump systems
• Analyze faults, rectify defects and perform repairs independently
• Train customers in operation and basic functions of the systems
• Document all service assignments digitally and in full
• Keep maintenance logs and service reports up to date
• Deal with customers on site in a friendly, solution-oriented and professional manner

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (f/m/d)
• Experience with PV or heat pumps welcome but not essential
• Reliable and detail-oriented working style
• Driving license category B
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern Germany (travel time = working time)
