Training locations: Karlsruhe (Douglasstr. 28-30, Käppelestraße 5, Ludwig-Erhard-Allee 14, Sophienstraße 139) and Ettlingen (Schöllbronner Str. 21-25)

Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training allowance (minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

• Sales activities: merchandising, checkout, advice, freshness checks
• Store operations: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in production facilities
• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
