Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holidays: 36 days/year

Training allowance (varies by federal state, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290/month
• Year 2: €1,420/month
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday pay from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (min. A-level equivalent)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Farm placement on organic farm or production site
  • Deep product and assortment know-how
  • Sales operations: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
• 1-year advanced training as Certified Retail Management Assistant
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Additional “Organic Food Retail” qualification (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
