Retail Management Apprenticeship – Dortmund Lindemannstraße (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every store department – from shelf stocking and cheese/bakery counters to checkout and back office. You will learn to present premium organic food attractively, advise customers expertly on natural products, handle ordering and stock control and actively support sales campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of organic groceries
• Competent, friendly customer consultation
• Cash handling and balancing
• Implementing marketing measures
• Organizing ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• Participating in sales promotions and seasonal placements
