Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d) as Field Service Technician (f/m/d) for Gas Turbines

Your responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician (f/m/d) you will install and maintain industrial gas turbines and their subsystems throughout Germany. Representing Siemens Energy on site, you work with power utilities, pipeline operators, municipal utilities and the oil & gas industry to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Assembly, commissioning and maintenance of gas-turbine packages and components
• Primary customer interface, cooperating closely with internal project, support and application teams
• Management of external suppliers and preparation of internal and external technical reports
• Guarantee compliance with all internal and external EHS regulations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d) or comparable qualification; technician (f/m/d) or master craftsperson certification an advantage
• Professional experience in power-plant or plant-engineering environments desirable; knowledge of gas-turbine-driven systems helpful
• Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written
• High willingness to travel (domestic & international) and category B driving licence
• Customer-focused, service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and resilience
