Your responsibilities

• Independently install air-to-water heat pumps to replace old heating systems
• Service customers throughout the Berlin region with a fully equipped van
• Mentor apprentices and trainees on site
• Work closely with planners, logistics and customer service
• Help optimize processes for efficient, digitally supported installation

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician (SHK) focused on heating or comparable professional experience
• Experience with heat pumps preferred but not required
• Strong customer orientation and quality mindset
• Team spirit and comfort with digital workflows
