Retail Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Brunnthal (2026)

During your three-year retail management trainee programme at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our organic supermarket. You take responsibility for presenting premium organic food, consult customers expertly on natural products, manage ordering, incoming goods and storage as well as cash and marketing procedures. You will also be active at the bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation of our premium organic food
• Comprehensive and friendly customer advice
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing campaigns
• Organisation of ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• Support in planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal placements
