Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) – Munich Location (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will get to know every area of your Denns organic supermarket – from product presentation and customer advice to cash handling. You will manage our range, plan promotions and actively support the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks

• Appealing presentation of high-quality organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly advice to our customers
• Operating and balancing the checkout
• Implementing marketing measures as well as ordering, receiving and storing goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal placements

What you bring

• Good school performance, preferably middle-school qualification
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
