As Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d) Business Development, you will run the commercial side of our global GT service business. You will drive growth by developing business-development initiatives, acquiring service contracts and digitising commercial processes.
Your responsibilities
- Advance and govern the Salesforce system for Grid Solution Lifecycle Services; develop standards, training and best practices to ensure high data quality
- Create new business models, contract standards and pricing strategies; prepare calculation guidelines to unlock growth potential
- Digitalise and automate commercial processes to boost efficiency and scalability
- Together with technical project managers, prepare service, spare-part and cyber-security quotations and negotiate contracts
- Own the commercial order execution: order entry, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and meeting financial targets
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
- Solid business know-how and first experience in commercial project management
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Salesforce, Alteryx or Power BI is a plus
- Analytical mindset, strong communication and team-working skills
- Very good German and English skills for international collaboration
