Your responsibilities

• Independent management and coordination of large-scale construction projects in the HVAC sector
• Monitoring and controlling project success regarding quality, costs and schedules
• Leading and coordinating installation teams on construction sites – you ensure smooth cooperation and clear processes
• Calculation and flat-rate pricing of projects as well as budget monitoring
• Regular site visits (approx. every two weeks) to ensure project progress on site
• Close communication with clients, planners and subcontractors – solution-oriented and on an equal footing
• Interface between construction site, office and management
• Support in optimizing processes and technical planning

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in HVAC, building services or supply engineering
• Professional experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Confident use of calculation tools and project management software
• Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards clients and partners
• Willingness to make occasional site visits (approx. every two weeks)
