Team Leader Plant Project Management (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

As team leader you assume disciplinary and specialist leadership of a team of plant project managers within "Large Steam and Syncon". You develop employees, set clear targets and secure high performance. At the same time you manage your own projects and steer planning, budget and quality.

Main tasks

• Leadership and coaching of the plant project management team including development reviews
• Project management for schedule, budget and quality targets
• Interface to engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, QM
• Resource and schedule coordination in alignment with project managers
• Risk and solution management, adherence to standards and compliance
• Promoting cooperative team culture, reporting to management

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, energy management or similar
• Several years of leadership experience and expertise in project management
• Proven people-management skills (coaching, mentoring)
• Experience with complex projects; knowledge of generators/synchronous machines or steam turbines advantageous
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills; international matrix experience
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP skills desirable; negotiation-level German and English
