Retail Management Apprenticeship – Organic Food (2026) in Düsseldorf

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will discover every area of our DENNS organic supermarket – from goods receipt and quality control to cheese & bakery counters and back office. You will present organic produce attractively, advise customers competently, operate checkouts, manage orders and help implement promotions and seasonal displays.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation and maintenance of organic product ranges
• In-depth, friendly customer advice on natural and organic foods
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Executing marketing campaigns and seasonal placements
• Ordering, receiving, quality-checking and storing stock

What you bring:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent communication skills
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and sustainability topics
