Sustainable Procurement Specialist

As a Sustainable Procurement Specialist you drive environmentally and socially responsible sourcing for coating vendors serving the Orlando Blades & Vanes organization.

Your work covers three pillars: operational purchasing, supplier relationship management to enforce sustainability standards, and data-driven optimization of our procurement processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Process purchase requisitions and issue sustainable purchase orders for materials and services.
• Track delivery dates, secure quality, clarify invoices in SAP; liaise with suppliers to meet ecological and social criteria.
• Manage and close purchase orders, serve as primary operative contact for suppliers and promote supplier sustainability programs.
• Monitor supplier KPIs (delivery, quality, cost, carbon footprint) and drive continuous improvement with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and sustainable sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethics and sustainability regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in operational procurement or supplier management, ideally in manufacturing with sustainability focus.
• Strong SAP or comparable ERP skills; high IT affinity and enjoyment of data-driven analysis.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities and strong communication skills at international level.
