Working Student Quality Management Excellence (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

As a working student in the Quality Management Excellence team you ensure business continuity by maintaining and improving our internal digital tools. You act as first point of contact for technical requests and actively support further development of our applications.

60% – Support & Maintenance of Digital Tools

• First-level technical support for internal tools
• Incident analysis and resolution to minimise downtime
• Routine maintenance, updates and health checks
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base

40% – Further Development & Process Optimisation

• Test and roll-out of new features
• Small script and development tasks (e. g. Python, PowerShell)
• Maintain user guides and training material
• Collect and consolidate user feedback

Your Profile

• Enrolment in a technical study programme (e. g. Software Engineering, Computer Science)
• Basic knowledge of IT support and software debugging
• First scripting experience (Python, PowerShell or similar)
• Confident in English
• Ideally experience with Power BI, Power Automate or SharePoint
