Your tasks

• Joint professional handling of customer inquiries by e-mail and phone
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the system
• Administrative support of day-to-day operations
• Ensuring smooth information flow between customers and internal teams
• Contributing to the optimisation of customer service processes

Your profile

• Enrolled at a university for at least one more year
• First practical experience in customer service, logistics or scheduling, ideally with technical interest
• Structured, independent way of working with high quality awareness
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact
• Quick grasp of digital tools and processes
• High motivation and interest in sustainability
