1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s leading energy software platform Heartbeat and creating a virtual power plant that links PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and charging stations to maximise the profitability of connected customer systems. We also deliver a one-stop shop for purchase and professional installation of smart energy solutions—enabling every household to live, heat and drive climate-neutral.

Your tasks

• Prepare and carry out electrical installations for photovoltaic systems
• Install cable trays and wire safely from service entrance to meter panel
• Mount and connect meter boards, inverters, battery storage and grid components
• Test, commission and document systems (scope depends on qualification)
• Coordinate with other trades and homeowners to ensure smooth, safe project flow

Requirements

Electrical assistant:

• Practical assembly experience and manual skills
• Basic ability to read technical drawings
• Detail-oriented, reliable and physically fit
• Confident use of power tools

Electrician / electronics technician:

• Completed vocational training in electrical crafts (e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology)
• Experience in electrical installation or PV systems
• Skilled in wiring, connection and commissioning of electrical systems
• Responsible, self-reliant and team-oriented

Both roles require:

• Fluent German written and spoken
• Class B driving licence
