Office Manager

Via uses technology to transform transportation worldwide – from a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations (inventory, purchasing, maintenance, main point of contact for all office matters)
• Design and execute employee events, celebrations and team-building initiatives
• Liaise with accounting on invoices and expenses
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and external providers to optimise the work environment

Your profile:

• 1–2 years of office-management experience
• excellent organisational and communication skills in English
• creative, solution-oriented mindset and “can-do” attitude
• confident, self-reliant working style in a dynamic setting
• presence required 5 days/week in our Tel-Aviv office
