Our logistics team is currently working on exciting projects that will take the logistics processes, automation and IT within the company to a new level. We are looking for an experienced person to support the team operationally, bring in innovative ideas and achieve the next big milestones together with us.
- Responsibility: Take over the prioritization and implementation of IT projects in the logistics area - from the first requirement to the successful Go-Live
- Collaboration: Work closely with the specialist departments, project managers to record requirements and create meaningful user stories and implement projects.
- Backlog management: Keep the IT-backlog up-to-date and prioritized, and strategically plan the order of project implementation
- Communication: You are the interface between IT development and the specialist departments and actively contribute to daily routine such as stand-ups, sprint plannings, refinements
- Risk management and resources: Together with your team lead, you identify and mitigate risks at an early stage, establish a roadmap for you product and represent the product in company-wide quarterly planning
- Academic background: Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
- Expertise: Several years of professional experience as a product owner/project manager or in a similar position, in e-commerce and/or intralogistics
- Tool know-how: Solid knowledge of the Atlassian universe (Jira, Confluence) and agile methods such as Scrum
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative
- Language skills: Fluency in English, proficiency in German is a plus
