Your tasks

• Advise and serve customers on organic products and the Alnatura range
• Merchandising, freshness checks and checkout operations
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• Practical placements on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“ for personal development
• In-depth product knowledge on organic goods and sustainability standards
