Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Weimar

Your tasks:

• Consult and sell our complete portfolio – PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the “Heartbeat” energy manager – to homeowners and small businesses in the Weimar area.
• Schedule and structure customer appointments, consultations and quotations independently.
• Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group for efficient selling.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signature and cooperate with project coordination and site management for smooth handover.
• Actively contribute ideas to further develop our sales processes.

What you bring:

• Strong motivation to start or continue a sales career; experience selling complex consumer products welcome, ideally in PV or heat pumps.
• Excellent communication and empathy; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Customer-centric mindset, self-drive and continuous learning attitude.
• Very good written and spoken German.
