 Team Leader | Full-Time | Field Operations

Vestas Wind Australia is looking for a Lead Site Administrator to join our team at wind farms nationwide.

 As the Lead Administrator, you will report to the Regional Operations Support Manager. They oversee a team of 8 to 10 administrators located throughout Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Together, this team is responsible for providing administrative support to Vestas Service   Wind Farms and the Service leadership team, ensuring that all service business needs are effectively met.  

Responsibilities-

  • Provide general administrative support to the Service management team onsite/s
  • Raise, maintain and reconcile Site based Purchase Orders and maintain the Purchase Order Register
  • Process incoming site related Invoices ensuring vendors are paid on time asper agreed payment terms
  • Ordering of site PPE, Office supplies and kitchen items
  • Maintain Motorpass accounts and order/cancel fuel cards where required for site vehicles
  • Monthly Reporting on Site usage of Fuel, waste, Safety Incidents and hours worked
  • Maintaining Site Records and Registers ensuring data is up to date and contains accurate information
  • Onboarding of New Vendors to Vestas, and maintaining Vendor data in Vestas systems
  • Arrange all Travel, Accommodation and vehicles for site-based employees and visitors
  • Time sheet data entry for External Contractors
  • Liasing with Agents, dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure timely reconciliation of Service Orders
  • Adhoc duties as necessary, and other business activities that support the business achieve objectives / KPI’s
  • POC for Vendor enquiries
  • Booking Training courses required for team on site

Qualifications-

  • Degree- (Well-regarded but not essential) in Business, HR/International Business/Frontline Management/Organizational Behavior etc.
  • TAFE/Diploma- (Well-regarded but not essential) in Office Administration or equivalent/Secretarial/Project management and organizational skills etc.
