Job description

• First point of contact after purchase: guide customers from verbal commitment to signed contract.
• Support customers with subsidy applications and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Build strong customer relationships and prepare clients for the next steps of the journey.
• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM at all times.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and turn clients into enthusiastic Enpal fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, meticulous and detail-oriented working style.
• Friendly, open-minded and communication-strong personality.
• Solution-focused mindset combined with a professional phone presence and an engaging voice.
• Proven experience in telephone customer service; excellent command of German.
• Self-driven, organized approach and pronounced team spirit.
• Highly performance-oriented with clear targets and strong quality awareness.
