EcoVadis seeks a Sales Manager to join our high-performing enterprise sales team based in Barcelona. In this key leadership position, your primary goal will be to maximise recurring revenue from new business across the Southern Europe region by driving performance, consistency, and strategic execution across your Enterprise sales team.
This role is instrumental to EcoVadis’ commercial success and part of our broader Sales Excellence transformation as we scale towards IPO. You will report to the Regional Sales Director of Southern Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement an ambitious go-to-market strategy for your region, aligned with global growth objectivesLead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on large enterprise opportunitiesDrive team performance to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy pipeline coverageSet and manage clear KPIs, performance plans, and sales standards in line with company benchmarksRecruit, onboard, train, and retain top sales talent to fuel long-term growthEnsure optimal adoption and use of Salesforce, ideally also Salesloft, LinkedIn, Uberflip, Demandbase, Aircall…Champion the use of MEDDPICCS to reinforce qualification rigour and execution disciplineCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, SEN, Product and Global Sales leadershipAct as a role model for commercial excellence and live the EcoVadis valuesBe agile and ready to adapt as the role evolves with the businessQualifications
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including managing enterprise-level B2B sales teamsDemonstrated success in selling Enterprise SaaS or consultative solutions, ideally in high-growth/pre-IPO tech environmentsStrong operational knowledge and experience with MEDDPICCS or similar sales methodologiesProven ability to lead teams that engage C-level/VP decision-makers (Procurement, Sustainability, ESG, etc.)Fluent in English and fluent in either Spanish or Italian (mandatory)Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive storytelling and negotiationProficient with Salesforce; experience with Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusStrong ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high-performance cultureBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAdditional Information
