As a Frontend Developer you will play a direct role in developing the tools that enable these initiatives — building intuitive, high-impact features for our internal CRM used by sales and customer success teams every day.&#xa0;</p>

Job Description

<ul><li>Develop and maintain UI features for our internal CRM using ReactJS, Next.js, TailwindCSS</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, production-ready features — end-to-end&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure fast and reliable delivery of improvements and optimizations for our CRM systems&#xa0;</li><li>Deploy your work via Vercel, and own the performance and usability of the components you build&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to UI/UX discussions with a critical eye for design and usability (basic design skills are expected; advanced design/UX skills are a plus)&#xa0;</li></ul>

Qualifications

<ul><li>Experience with modern frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, Next.js, TailwindCSS</li><li>A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks from requirements to deployment&#xa0;</li><li>Strong communication skills to work effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders&#xa0;</li><li>Basic understanding of design principles and ability to implement user-friendly interfaces&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with CRM systems or business-facing applications is a plus, but not required&#xa0;</li></ul>
