Join a team where your expertise drives Small Gas Turbine sales and shapes the tools powering our global business. You will enhance new-unit sales offerings by optimizing processes and toolkits, enabling seamless cost and configuration management for bids worldwide. Daily, you will identify and lead improvement projects together with Bid Management, Engineering, R&D and factories to increase cost-estimation accuracy and integrate safety and cost-out measures. Your work directly impacts efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction in a supportive, international environment.How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead development and continuous improvement of bid-management and configuration tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency
- Coordinate interfaces between configuration tools and bid-management systems to support global sales teams
- Create and deliver user-training materials, manage tool access and develop analytics for sales opportunities and quotations
- Build and maintain product models, advise on changes with project management and engineering, and keep product baselines including cost reports up to date
- Present solution requirements to management, develop product-cost-analysis tools and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrityWhat You Bring
- Degree in engineering or equivalent, ideally with Chartered status or working towards it
- Experience configuring tools such as SAP, PLM, Salesforce, Dashboards, Snowflake
- Programming skills in VBA and SQL, plus a track record in process improvement and managing complex transformation projects
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead project teams when required
- Fluent English, collaborative and resilient mindset; experience or education related to rotating machinery is a plus
