Crew Leader 2 (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time and within budget by managing scope, labour hours, expenses, vendors and logistics.
• Plan crew and subcontractor deployment; coordinate travel, equipment and test resources.
• Own fleet, tools and materials; ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety and repairs.
• Act as primary site contact, reporting daily progress, safety meetings, incidents and risks.
• Perform expert-level testing, troubleshooting and QA documentation.
• Submit all required project paperwork completely and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Expert in field assembly, maintenance and repair of power and distribution transformers.
• Proficient in reading scopes, drawings, schematics, test data and oil-process documentation.
• Proven field leadership with strong safety and environmental compliance record.
• Class A CDL per contract; eligible for annual bonus.
• High-school diploma or GED; technical training and field experience preferred.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage substation equipment (4 kV – 800 kV).

Extensive travel and flexible schedules required.
