Job Description

• First point of contact for customers on all heat-pump-related topics
• Guide customers through their journey and independently handle incoming requests via e-mail, chat and phone
• Liaise with internal departments to develop cross-functional solutions
• Process data in a structured, confidential way and continuously optimize workflows
• Proactive, solution-oriented communication aimed at maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in law or related field; alternatively 1–2 years of customer-service experience
• Confident handling of escalations and a communicative, conflict-resolution oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit and excellent German language proficiency
• High resilience and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
